Hope4Creation at the Senior Faith in Leadership Programme
From a previous Senior Faith In Leadership session
Hope4Creation founder Rev’d Canon Dr Charlotte Bannister-Parker will represent H4C at the next session of the Senior Faith in Leadership Programme at St George’s House, Windsor Castle, in late February 2025.
The Senior Faith in Leadership Programme (SFLP) brings together lay and ordained leaders from various faith communities for enriching experiences. It fosters interdisciplinary leadership development, recognizing that leadership impacts everyone and draws upon the richness of human experience. SFLP encourages interfaith dialogue, exploring the leadership resources inherent in each tradition. While celebrating the unique identities and diversity of different faiths, the program emphasizes building bridges of understanding and friendship.
This aligns closely with Dr Bannister-Parker’s vision for Hope4Creation in bringing together influential members of diverse faith communities to enable better collaboration for the sake of protecting our planet. Dr Bannister-Parker is looking forward to working with colleagues from other faith backgrounds to inspire and encourage others to maximise faith-based community action in the face of the climate crisis, demonstrating how creation care is authentic and indeed central to many faith traditions and contexts.
Please note: this event is not open to the public, but exclusively for Senior Faith Leadership Programme participants. To find out more about the programme and how to apply for 2026, please visit their website.
